7pm drive thru, lobby is closed with door locked, waited over half hour to get our food and as we were waiting we see an employee come outside to smoke while there are over 10 people waiting for food. Popeyes need to better screen their employees, I haven't been to a good Popeyes in a long time...they are all horrible waits. Chick-fil-A and Raising Cane's is going to put them out of business very soon
As far as Popeyes go, this one’s above average. But the price & delays in service are totally on brand & leave a lot to be desired.
Very slow service food was cold and dry.
It's a hit or miss when it comes to service. That is with everything these days. The food over all is great and I will keep coming back.
