Always love the chicken from Popeye's!
I went through the drive-through on August 1, 2025. The girl doesn’t speak any English and I tried to order a classic chicken sandwich. I asked her three times what comes on the sandwich and she kept trying to sell me a combo and name that off; so they told me to come to the window and when I came around, they did the exact same thing so I drove away without purchasing anything. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I witnessed the attendant leave the store to chat with a friend or relative outside in the parking lot. Meanwhile, the lobby had five delivery drivers and three customers waiting to place their orders. When the young lady finally returned, she didn’t acknowledge a single person—instead, she started speaking Spanish with the staff and laughing. I’m not sure what’s happened to this location, but at this rate, you won’t be in business much longer with the kind of staff you’ve hired.
