I order online and what I order wasn't what I got. I ordered 5 $6 boxes. I ordered breast & wing 4 times an got 3 wings 3 times. The wings where cooked to long, the red beans and rice tasted burnt, and the mashed potatoes was just nasty. This is by far the worst meal I've ever got from a Popeyes.
I order 5 $6 boxes and didn't what I wanted. This makes the third time my order has been messed up.
Placed a mobile order today (July 2, 2026) for 3 spicy chicken sandwiches at the Popeyes on 10545 Page Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63132. I received only 2 sandwiches in the bag. The same issue happened during my previous visit as well. I enjoy Popeyes food, but the repeated mistakes and lack of care at this location make the experience frustrating. This branch really needs to improve its service. The staff is also not user‑friendly.
