Lady at front counter anything but friendly. A couple left without ordering because she looked at them and refused to acknowledge they were even there. She said nothing but looked at me when I walked in. I had to tell her why I was there and she turned around facing the other way and said "not ready yet." That was it.
ordered through door dash, paid almost 80 dollar and all i got was 4 pieces of small legs, 1 breast, 1 thigh and all small wings. its a rip off. plus i ordered 50/50 and they mixed all in same box! seriously??? my husband cant eat spicy food at all! also bag wasnt even sealed. they put a sticker but didnt close it. just sticking it on it. will never buy food here.
They have a keyosk for us to order on and they are not willing to help us at all. And we went in last night and they had no gravy for the mashed potatoes. We went in today and they had no Mac and cheese. We go to order a 7 dollar big box which is a standard item in their menu. But then we were told when we went to order a second 2 piece combo with the one side that we can’t use the coupon. Customer service needs to step up the game or we will never come back to this location.
The workers r too slow
Ever since they got that kiosk they just got more lazy. Practically forcing you to use it because they can't be bothered to take orders the old way unless there's more than 7 people. Oh and unless you're carrying cash you're not getting shrimp, for some reason you can't order shrimp from kiosk. And they refuse to take orders the old way unless you're paying cash.
