Two employees standing at the registers talking to each other and doing nothing else. One points at the kiosk and tells me to order there. I leave without ordering and will never return here for the rest of my life. Maybe this is why there were zero customers here.
Extremely disappointing customer service. We had an issue with the ordering kiosk and asked for assistance, but the manager, Ben, refused to help and told us it "wasn't his problem." That's not the level of service customers should expect from a manager. A manager should be willing to step in and help resolve issues, not dismiss customers who need assistance.
