Yesterday around 6pm i drove through & ordered, picked up the order and drove off, when we made it nearly to the road I saw in my mirror the young man from the window sprinting to us to bring an item we missed. I have never seen anyone at a fast food restaurant do that, not to mention he was polite and kept apologizing, Please recognize that young man, when a young person shows that kind of integrity it's a good sign for the future. Went into this Popeye’s for food. When I got inside, I stood at the counter waiting to place my order. Instead of taking it, the staff told me to use the kiosk behind me. I explained that I don’t use kiosks and wanted to order at the counter. The employee refused to take my order. If I were the owner, I wouldn’t care how a customer orders—as long as I’m getting paid. I wish I could give zero stars. Customer service in this place is absolutely ridiculous! When the first thing you hear when you walk through the door is two employees fussing and fighting and threatening each other there is a major problem. It’s even worse when it’s the manager who is one of the ones involved. Absolutely ridiculous! Always try to give them another chance but today put the icing on the cake!
Went through drive through and was asked to back up not to set off sensor timing order. After 3pm why so backed up with 4 vehicles waiting on orders!
They where so distracted that they mist y my tenders
