The Popeyes in scott Louisiana doesn't even deserve one star the Customer service is ridiculous they are rude they always arguing with each other and after my last visit over there I will not be returning they got my order wrong then when i pulled back up to the window and explained that my order wasn't correct the lady was very rude to us snatching the bag out of my hand and spoke to us very rudely I really don't understand how people like that can keep their jobs they need to hire a whole new crew including the management
I understand Ms T was overwhelmed but I didn’t expect to come off a 3 hour drive to get cold chicken. I waited patiently in your lobby watching you work hard. I also watched you fix my box of chicken and leave it on the counter open for 20 mins while my shrimp cooked for another 12 mins. You guys gave me my Order with cold chicken and hot shrimp. They are so slow we had to wait 45 minutes
If you’re hungry and wanting some “fast food” go somewhere else. Expect shitty service and a 30m wait at this location LOL
