It really sucks that not only did they get our food wrong twice but they also won’t answer the phone to make things right. This location will NEVER get our services again!
The store is horrible! Every time I order I have an issue with something and since I order online, I can’t be refunded. I have to order online otherwise we will be waiting over 15 minutes for food or asked to pull up. My recent order was horrible and I even asked them to change it at the window and she didn’t change anything (it was still dark meat when I ordered white meat). Popeyes has always been a staple in Louisiana. I have friends in Texas whom crave coming down for a visit to eat their food, but this location is a disgrace to the name. Horrible food, horrible service. Louisiana prides itself on hospitality, but these people left an elderly man waiting for over 35 minutes, a worker finally walked out to hand my husband and I "inedible" food, looked at him and walked away, this man said, "Excuse me, do I need to go through the drivethru to get service?" The drive thru wasn't working so we had to go in and order but the team was very efficient.
