Ordered blackened tenders combo off the app. Its bout 15 min drive from job with traffic by time i got there the App said order ready for pickup. Went through drive thru to pick up and wasn't ready yet. Asked me to pull to front door bring it out. 15 min goes by. I go inside, they couldnt even find my order. Then some guy came out from back area and said here's a pickup order. Drove across town to my house to realize my order was wrong. No empathy at all. Total disappointment.
I went through the drive thru on Millard Ave in Omaha today and I ordered the 5 piece tenders meal with Mac and cheese. They did not give me a biscuit and gave me coleslaw and my tenders look like nuggets.(see picture) I had to park and go in and they gave me a biscuit and Mac and cheese but would not do anything about the chicken I received. Guy was not nice either.
