I literally waited in drive thru for almost 45 minutes and there was only 2 cars ahead of me. I waited for at least a good 10 min at the menu before someone took my order. I don't know if they are short staffed or forgot to make some chicken but when I say the wait time was outrageous, it's not an exaggeration. To put the cherry on top, when I got home half of my order was wrong. I felt bad for the staff person starting their shift in that mess.
