Do not, repeat do not go to this Popeyes! Actually I will never go to Popeyes again since I emailed their corporate office about our last order and have received nothing! No reply, no were sorry, no email!! We ordered and were shorted shrimp on our order from the surf and turf and I called to complain. The lady I spoke to said she could not locate the order but here it was right in my hand and all she could say was that they were busy and to come in tomorrow? They dont seem to know how to take a simple order of SPICY chicken tenders. They always give me regular tender and theres always a mexican lady that always gives attitude. Yesterday i ordered popeyes and it tasted like CHARCOAL,even the fries. I got a replacement and they said it would be made “fresh” and it tasted THE same and gave me the wrong type of tenders. WORST LOCATION EVER. never know how to do anything right.
The food used to be good. But over the last year the food quality has declined severely. I ordered chicken and shrimp from here recently. The chicken was cold and dry and the shrimp was cold and rubbery. Biscuit was hard as a rock as well.
