My wife's chicken strips were overcooked and dry. There were no plastic utensils put in my bag of food with red beans and rice, and there were none available in the restaurant, and I had to wait for a few minutes to get a server's attention.
This place sucks. The customer service is the worst.
Very dissatisfied I wanted to use my 600 points. I initially went to the counter ask how to but to no Avail I got out of the line and figured out how to. Ok so John asked my order I told him. Ok as I advise the young lady I shouldn't have assumed she completed the order but say i move to fast I told her I apologize for assuming but did she try to allow me to use my points being it was on the customer before . But she couldn't provide me with information on how to recover my points. Bad Customer service
