I was very disappointed with my visit to this Popeyes location. From the moment I entered the drive-thru, I wasn’t greeted in a welcoming or friendly manner. The interaction felt rushed, and I didn’t feel valued as a customer. The quality of the food was just as disappointing. The chicken was served hot, but it was hard, dry, and lacked the crispy texture Popeyes is known for. I placed a mobile order, went to pick it up and it took 45 mins and I still was given the wrong food. Asked for a cup of ice and the nasty manger with unkept dreads just barked we don't have courtesy cups, without even a look in my direction. This location needs a total overhaul all the way round, starting with Management. They are extremely rude always understaffed and instead of apologizing for the wait, he basically snapped off and told us we didn't want to wait we could leave knowing that mobile orders can't be cancelled... read more

I went to the restaurant at 5:00pm , all I wanted was a 6dollar box, I wanted my chicken from the back, the young lady got mad and called me outta my name, they are very rude, the manager didn't do anything and when I finally got my order the person threw my food at me instead of handing it to me. I will never come back to this darn popeyes.
