Customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE. There were so many workers who all seemed to be doing whatever. They DON’T operate as a team. I ordered a boneless chicken kids meal and a 3 piece combo with an extra mash and gravy. They told me to park and wait as they were still preparing my food ended up completely forgetting about my order. Customer service is horrible. The most disrespect came from the manager. Sad. Very disorganized.
They’re charging waay too high for the food here. They don’t honor promotion prices as well. Chicken sometimes is cold and not fresh. Staff are rude, window is dirty. Two piece chicken with a chilled lemonade is $15 a 2 piece chicken by it self is $9.45. They can’t be foreal when the Popyes in the City of Chicago 2 piece and biscuit costs $5-$6 after taxes on a regular day. This is unacceptable!!!
