Tried to call and the number is disconnected!! I ordered online and I picked 1 breast and 2 thighs and 2 legs for my husband who eats dark meat, and they gave me 1 thigh and all breast 😡. Why give the option to pick your pieces and you're going to still give people what you want to give them!!! I asked for fresh fries, and they wasn't..... The lady was too busy talking to her coworker instead of focusing on the customer/order! A waste of $14...... The mashed potatoes was good🤷♀️🤦♀️
I love Popeyes but this location is hit or miss. The service at times is horrendous for example yesterday I went in the lobby and placed and order. It took 25 minutes for my order to be ready... The food was OK but the service was bad. I'm an African American male and absolutely luv my people but a lot of times they simply lack in customer service. A smile or pleasantry can go along way when you have a substantial wait for your order.
Night shift customer service is really bad, manager is so rude and unprofessional
