Completely messed up my order. I initially noticed they forgot a side. I went in and notified them. All employees I interacted with had an extremely thick accent and none of us were understanding each other. I called the location when we got home because we realized they forgot an entire family meal as well (we had a large order). They guy that answered also couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand him. He put me on hold, hung up, and then they stopped answering the phone.

I ate here for the first time not from this area the food was fresh the service was impeccable food was served with a smile double-checking making sure my order was correct and hot I will be back thebomb.com
Ordered 10 piece chicken special but when we got home there were only 9 pieces of chicken in the box. I guess someone there can’t count.
My family and I have ordered with online app 6 times past 6 weeks. The food always free, store clean and organized even the chicken and sides. I love this place. Fresh chicken not dried out.
