I was shocked at how small the boneless wings have become. More like bite size. They also changed the Parmesan garlic sauce to a rub now. No sauce. Did not care for that. Very boring and very little flavor on the bite size chicken pieces. The sweet and spicy sauce was minimal and the chicken pieces were half the size they used to be. I paid $15 for 12 bite size chicken pieces. Sadly, we probably will not be back and we used to really like them.
I had a horrible experience. I ordered a bacon and cheese chicken sandwich with no pickles, due to an allergy. I also plainly stated I would like Mac and cheese with ranch. When I got to work, there were pickles on my sandwich that I could not now eat, and there was no Mac and cheese. They gave me mashed potatoes with gravy. No ranch either. I want a refund or I want a Mac and cheese to replace my potatoes.
Recently this place make mistakes when you order online pickup. They put wrong items.
