Don't expect them to put your sauces in with your order. check. every. time. they do not ever put them in, making us have to go in and ask for them. MAYBE if you want to charge for extra sauce..... you should put said extra sauce in with the order. every time without fail, no sauce. extremely poor customer service as well. it seems like everyone there is just waiting for the day the place closes or they don't have to go back otherwise. or maybe pay the employees more and they'll want to be there and do the job.

Delicous again love their chicken and they fixed my rewards problem for a side. Used drive up. Very efficient.

The person in front of us waited at the speaker waited at least 15 minutes & rushed out of there because no one waited on them. Someone said it will be a minute but no one came back when we pulled up to the speaker. We pulled up to to the window we can see someone but finally kept honking. She came to the window & said it would be a minute. It was more like 10 to 15 minutes. I eat there at least once a week but this store in Lawrence KS has always had problems. This was the last straw. It is managed poorly.
