So I ordered through DoorDash and I wanted some honey packets for the meal that I ordered, but that’s not an option or DoorDash so naturally I tried to call the store But when I called them, all I got was a busy line so if you even have a complaint, you cannot call the store directly let alone update your order!!! Which I feel like is disgraceful for a business If I could give zero stars, I Would because that’s terrible
I paid 13.99 for the bento bundle all I got was chicken and a drink. I ordered classic chicken straps and got spicy. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got classic. I ordered a mac and cheese and I got beans and rice. The chicken was over cooked on chicken sandwich. The straps barely had chicken in it. I tried calling the store but no answer. Very disappointing. I repeated my order 2 times. I understand mistakes get made but that was a lot of mistakes and wasted money.
