Hi, I don't normally leave reviews, but after reading some of them, I felt I needed to. I'm not from Dickson, but I stopped in to pick up a 12 piece family meal for my family back home. When I got home, I noticed that they had given me an 8 piece meal instead of the 12. I called them, and the man on the phone was very polite and took my name. Love Popeyes. Super friendly and fresh food
I just stopped here for lunch. The drivethru was pretty busy, but that did not stop the professionalism and customer service that I received. I did have to wait for a few minutes but once served, my food was fresh and hot with an apology for the wait. Thank you all for being so diligent in your customer service. I applaud you in this day and age where patience is a lost virtue.
I walked to get something to eat and I haven’t been to Popeyes and I will not and let me say this again I will not do it again the food order was not right the potatoes were nasty with no gravy and the shrimp was so small the red beans and rice was nasty and the chicken wasn’t good at all
