I order on the app before I go every time. I understand that the food is made fresh no complaints about the food The food is great. However, the service That I experience every time I go is horrible. I hate to call people out, but the light skin girl that works the window has an attitude. Nice great place for good FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE
You would think if you sit in the drive thru for 20+ minutes thatthey must be busy but obviously not because my chicken was room temperature when I got home and I live 2 miles from the store. I tried calling the store, I guess they are too busy to answer the phone too. I will be up there to speak with management but I kind of feel like I will leave even more upset.
