The food was decent but the employee at the cash register (12pm 8/5/2025) was just plain rude all throughout my interaction with her. She rung up $12 for a $7 meal that I ordered and when I pointed it out (before almost swiping my credit card for it), she only begrudgingly fixed the amount and never apologized for it or even acknowleged her mistake. Service was fast and is not as busy as other Popeyes.
Never have any special menu items, make you wait while they make something else while the other half of your order sits and gets cold. Store is always dirty and gross. Don't shop at this location.
Popeyes has undergone a noticeable decline in quality, particularly at the 6230-T Rolling Rd, Springfield, VA location in West Springfield. This specific location fails to meet the standards of other Popeyes establishments. Regrettably, Popeyes is not the same as it was a few years ago.
