I have always been a big fan of Popeyes Kitchen, and when I ate there just last week, it was absolutely delicious. So, when I saw their Wednesday special—offering seven pieces of chicken for $9.99—I decided to place another order. Unfortunately, however, this experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. Nice place to get fresh fried chicken. No problem here, as far as I can tell.
I ordered my food online for pick up. However when I arrived it was ready, opened my food along my ride home to notice, my order wrong as well as they gave me old flavorless chicken. I tried calling a million times to just have the phone keep giving me the busy signal this is not ok at all please step your service up this is unexceptional on so many levels.
The Asian lady was quick and polite.
