I ordered my food online for pick up. However when I arrived it was ready, opened my food along my ride home to notice, my order wrong as well as they gave me old flavorless chicken. I tried calling a million times to just have the phone keep giving me the busy signal this is not ok at all please step your service up this is unexceptional on so many levels.

This location employs kind of ok /acceptable employees, Except for a ... "short-haired female, can't add 1+1= 2, gives wrong changes to customers, often mix-up orders, very nasty and constantly argues with customers, etc. 🤮🤮 This location is a Circus. Close it, or move this female to cleaning restrooms and floor, a much more suitable position for her. My friends, neighbors and I all go to Burger King, Wendy's, Subway nowadays.
We ordered Popeyes bone in online and when I went to receive the order at first cashier Youseef told me there is no bone in, only boneless available when I reached there. I was already pissed off then he asked the cook to make some bone in chicken which took additional 15-20 mins. Then I finally went again and received the order.
