This was hands down the absolute worst Popeyes I have ever visited. I placed a mobile order before my visit and arrived before the scheduled pickup time. I waited at the drive-thru speaker for a long time, but no one said a word, and nobody answered when I called out. So, I just drove up to the pickup window. They told me my food wasn't ready yet and asked me to park in the side lot. It took them 20 minutes just to bring my food out. While the staff members were nice, I want to give management 0 stars. I waited extra for chicken in original only to have to wait another 15 mins just for pies that were missing from my order, only to get home to find out that I got all breast and wings in a box they said I could not substitute any pieces from because I wanted all dark meat. I’m not sure if they don’t know which piece is which or they don’t know what they are doing in general. Very, very disappointed.
Canceled my order 30 minutes after it was placed. So infuriating
Order was wrong and the chicken smelled rancid and fishy. Smelled up my whole car. Had to find the nearest trash can to throw it away!
Gave me a bag covered in sauce. both inside and out, and the container also both inside and out was leaking. I asked the old lady to have the employees in the back switch it to a clean container since my hand was literally covered from trying to get the container out and she said they "wouldn't want to do all that" and that she had "already packed my order."
