Order almost 1 hour in advance and they were over 20 minutes wait because they ran out of chicken instead of fulfilling my order first with the other single orders that walked in after I did. Not good on the service here. Update: I just counted my dinner with the family and it looks like my 16 piece was short 2 pieces of chicken, there were only 14 pieces.
The spicy chicken sandwich and the red beans and rice are amazing
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received during my recent visit to Popeyes. While taking my order, the employee abruptly walked away without saying a word or explaining that she needed to step away to cook. I was left standing there wondering if my order was being taken or if I was being ignored. This behavior was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful.
