I am writing to formally report a serious issue I experienced at your Popeyes location. I visited the restaurant shortly before closing, around 11:00 PM, and ordered 12 wings half garlic and half lemon pepper rub. Unfortunately, the wings I received appeared to be old and not freshly made. They were dry, lacked proper seasoning coverage, and were clearly food that had been sitting for several hours.
