Ordered regular chicken and they gave me spicy chicken, instead of the large Mac n cheese they gave me large fries. I decided to order again the large Mac n cheese and again they gave me large fries . Wrong orders back to back and I tried calling and they never answered the phone .
This place should be shut down, thoroughly cleaned, and the staff should be replaced. Dirty place, rude employees, and slow, horrible service. I’d rather go to the Westchester Square location even if it’s farther away. And I forgot to mention the stupid ordering machines they installed, which most people don’t know how to use, and they end up charging your card multiple times.
