I just went to Popeyes and the lady working the counter informed me that they currently had no chicken and that it would be at least another 15 minutes or more before they had some ready. Can anyone explain how a Chicken place constantly runs out of chicken even when there are no customers waiting in line?
Food was okay. Service was horrid, no leadership, no organization, just an employee walking around complaining. Wait time was longer than it should've been. Refunds were given to some individuals (unsure how that discretion was made). Atmosphere was hot, extremely humid, customers were sweating waiting for their food.
Closed the door before I even entered
It has been years since I received great service from Popeyes staff. My order was so often botched, I all but gave up on the restaurant. Finally, this Ridgemont Popeyes produced exactly what I had paid for. We'll done. My family really loves fresh food from Popeyes. I understand Popeyes are being closed in many locations. Now that I've discovered a restaurant in my neighborhood, which can provide great service I will definitely try to help it stay in business. Thank you for your great effort.
