Once again, I ordered 20 minutes before my husband had to pick up the food and it still wasn't ready. To make matters worse, we were all looking forward to mash potatoes and gravy and got beans and rice. My husband confirmed that all was there and correct and the girl at the window shook her head yes. This is the third time this has happened. I won't be eating Popeyes for a while.
The food (chicken and fries) was luke warm. The chicken tasted bland and old as well as some pieces were dry. The biscuits were decent but even better when I placed them in the microwave.
