Very disappointed with the customer service. I accidentally placed an order at another Popeyes location that wasn’t even open, and the app wouldn’t let me cancel it. This has happened before, and another location kindly honored my order as a courtesy. This location refused, saying it was a different franchise owner. I understand policies, but good customer service sometimes means making reasonable accommodations. The customer service isn't an issue here but the chicken was very undercooked and the Mac and cheese wasn't fully done.
Great service…the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. Customer service delivery is paramount. The dining area is prepared for you to enjoy your menu order. Only drawback…no customer restroom.
