I’ve always loved the food here! The chicken is flavorful and crispy, and the staff are friendly. I noticed the store seems to be temporarily closed recently, but I really hope it reopens soon—I’ll definitely be back!
I love Popeyes and have never had a bad meal from them...til today. Chicken completely dry, skin so hard and dry it was inedible. Biscuits stale on top halfway through. Mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes OK. Brought to server's attention and was told I was sitting with the food eating it for a long time,and ate half of it. Not true, I ate a couple of bites of a leg,then broke open a thigh to see if it was just the leg that was dry, and I was discussing with my husband whether we should complain or just leave. This place does not take mobile app orders. Hasn't for months. That means you can't redeem any offers or rewards at this location. Sucks because this was the closest location to me. I guess it's for the best, the service was always subpar and the employee turnover is crazy. New people every other month and when you walk in they're busy in the back or sitting off the side or something and no one ever standing at the register. The price is higher than usual Popeyes and can not order pick up from their website, have to use third party platforms order pick up with extra fee
