First time ever trying Popeyes and it didn’t disappoint. Workers were super nice as well

I’ve always loved the food here! The chicken is flavorful and crispy, and the staff are friendly. I noticed the store seems to be temporarily closed recently, but I really hope it reopens soon—I’ll definitely be back!
I love Popeyes and have never had a bad meal from them...til today. Chicken completely dry, skin so hard and dry it was inedible. Biscuits stale on top halfway through. Mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes OK. Brought to server's attention and was told I was sitting with the food eating it for a long time,and ate half of it. Not true, I ate a couple of bites of a leg,then broke open a thigh to see if it was just the leg that was dry, and I was discussing with my husband whether we should complain or just leave.
