Worst experience ever. Customer service was terrible Food was terrible and old Literally no customers and the food was still old No employe wears gloves And why is everyone so angry??
Employees are EXTREMELY rude. When I walked in, there were six people in the back. Every single one of them walked right past me. Stood there for almost 10 minutes before ( I'm assuming the manager? He had a gray shirt on) FINALLY he said "what do you need" while rolling his eyes. It's ridiculous to treat people like this. This is not the first time, either. I don't know if this is a corporate or franchise store, but the employees need some SERIOUS retraining on customer service.
The service here is trash. I was missing 3 things from my order. They need to do better. This is the second time that a Popeyes has messed up my order. Popeyes as a whole need to do better. First you all give my husband a drink he is allergic to and now im missing 3 things from my order. I will be calling this place tomorrow as well to let them know. Also I would give no stars if i could.
This is about the location off of Warwick blvd in newport news, VA.......it's a miracle that this location is even in business. Extremely long wait with missing items, just to get pulled from drive thru to wait for the missing item, after 15 minutes I went inside and they just argued with each other over who was supposed to handle my order...10 minutes later I finally get my missing items but now the original items are nearly cold. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and the new wings plain n barbecue with the blackened sauce EVERYTHING was hot and crispy and Flavorful. 10/10
