While the chicken was hot it took almost 20 minutes for our "fast food" order to arrive. And it was like that for the following customers that came in as we were eating.
DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH. I asked for fresh fries and then watched the worker (who was not wearing a beard net or hair net or gloves) place the fryer basket in the garbage can to fill it with fries!!!! Are you kidding me!? Then the spoon they use to scoop the already cooked food was whacked on the garbage can to remove the stuck on food bits. NEVER AGAIN. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!
Good chicken. No condiments or napkins for self serve. Dirty bathroom.
the night staff 12/22 never gave my credit card back in the drive through, stole it and used it in the area at multiple places in Penfield over Christmas week. Filed a police report. Committing credit card fraud is a crime. Would NEVER ever go back to this Popeyes.
