Was missing my red beans and rice a large order last time I was here I called it in spoke to a manager and she said she was gonna write my name down for next time. Well I came today and they said my name wa never written down and that socks we all pay for our food and for it to be in the bag sucks when u don't get compensated

The customer service here is abysmal at best. It took ten minutes to take my order, and when I finally got to the window to pick it up the dude gave me two sauces for a group order. You’d think the guy paid for more sauces out of his check because he only gave me two more (reluctantly) when I asked for me. Got home and they messed up my order. Go figure. I’ve never gone to this place and been impressed. Get better employees. This location is a joke.

This was notva very good experience, the chicken fingers were dry and way too much breading, it has been like this for the last few visits, I kept thinking it would get better but they must have changed something and it is not getting better. Back to this visit the staff did not get either order correct, missing fries one one order missing soda on the other order asked for some sauces only received one kind of what we asked for went to get the other sauces and they were out of one the other one they gave me. They consistently let orders be stolen and don't check for confirmation for Doordash or uber. Fully half the orders I'm sent here to pick up are stolen already and they do nothing about it.
