Broken window never gets stuff right in in the drive through
When a Caucasian, walks into a restaurant where every employee is Hispanic, and gets degraded by the employees, it is a terrible experience. They obviously don't think that a lot of Caucasian people can and do speak Spanish fluently. The names they called my 10 year old granddaughter were unspeakable in any language. They kept purposely bumping our order back. 3 Door dash orders and 2 to eat in orders were filled ahead of us. I want to speak with the District manager as soon as possible.
If the team members spent less time doing clapping handshakes while preparing orders, maybe they’d get them completed correctly. Every time we go there they mess up our order somehow.
