We were trying to figure out what to have for dinner, kids wanted Popeyes. Figured sure, I haven't had it for at least ten years. Ordered there Spicy Chicken Sandwiches and a Chicken Tenders meal. The Sandwiches were exceptional.... I was surprised! The Tenders were decent but alittle dry... but the Sandwiches were worth it!
The level of incompetence among the staff here is truly disheartening. Stephanie, the general manager, clearly lacks training and requires constant oversight. The food has a flavorless quality that pales in comparison to our previous experiences. Customer service is rock bottom. Numerous reviews reflect poorly on the entire Popeye's brand as failing (feel free to look it up yourself). We don't anticipate their survival for much longer and will not be offering them our support. Best of luck if you decide to visit there!
