I just came from this place after picking up food for my family. I ordered some tenders and bone in wings. The tenders were good but the wings were all pink on the inside. I ordered a 12 piece and a 6 piece meal and both wings were pink on the inside, we could not eat them. I tried calling and no one answered. I really don't feel like driving all the way back. First time coming to a popeyes ever and I'll say I'll be sure to come to Popeyes again. It's not the most amazing place in the world, it's a fast food chain so there are things that can always be better but the staff were friendly enough and the place was clean. Not too much of a wait and the food tastes good. The only negative was that they ran out of an item I wanted that was part of the One Piece bento box.
It's always something. I tried to call in a order or to even see if they had enough of what i wanted ready. Nope just come in or order online. I drive through here going to and from on 76. It's always a 12 -20 minute wait in drive throu for a 30 dollar order. And of course they don't want you to wait at the window cause lawd forbid it shows the super slow service time. Melvin is nasty and over charged me and the food is discussing if I can give no stars and half the food is missing and nasty place ! Do yourself a favor please don’t patronize this place
Messed up on my online order. Instead of fried pickles and French fries, I got 2 French fries. My mistake for not going through a full stuffed bag to go. Waited a long while on the drive thru behind one car and decided to rush and grab the order inside. Interiors look like everything is orderly. overall everything is fair on quality of food is great.
