This place is horrible. Ive bought here 2 times, have been delayed in getting an order at the register, and dried up chicken with no meat, and have also door dashed here. Terrible experience. You think they would have the order ready, right? No. I had 5 customers in front of me, one of whom which decided to dicuss his life story or flirt with the girl at the register, Im not sure. Has any member of upper management had the opportunity to visit the store location? If not, I propose implementing a secret shopper initiative during evening hours. This would provide valuable insight into the actual operational environment. My colleagues and I were recently discussing the store, and when I shared my experience of having entered the premises, they expressed surprise. I used to frequent this restaurant a lot over the years and it was good. I walked in and nearly fell down due to the floors being slick. The restroom was nasty and I should have left. I ordered a 5ct tenders combo and two tenders were the size of my pinky. I asked for a large cup and there was no ice. I asked for ice and he filled it up 1/3rd of the way.
