I'm originally from Louisiana and live in Hoover. I drive to this Popeyes once a week. Not only is the staff friendly and the chicken great, but they are the only Popeyes anywhere near here that still serves the cajun rice. Keep up the good work!
This is the nastiest Popeyes in the state. Every time I visit this location it’s always something wrong, either they dont have an item or they take foreverrr to complete one order. I have tried to ignore it but tonight receiving half done poultry has crossed the line. I can’t call and complain because they never answer the phone and they literally have teenagers running the store. If you can avoid this location.

Got there at 3:50 PM. Seemed like half the staff was outside. Got to the window the lady tells me to wait a minute. I sat there for 20 minutes. Nothing. If there were reasons they couldn’t service customers. Would have been nice to know instead of “waiting a minute” for over 20 minutes. Seemed like they were just all hanging around.
I ordered in the parking lot for pick-up and they still can't get an order right. Got home 30 minutes away and realized I had no sides in my family meal,and the ghost pepper wings...weren't. They threw some Cajun spice on them as if I wouldn't notice. Tried to call but clearly the phone was off the hook. Drove back up there,and they were not apologetic at all. Guess their used to this.
