My family enjoys Popeyes chicken once maybe twice a month. Today I walked into the store as I had a coupon and could not use the app to order. I walked up to the counter and the lady behind the counter advised that if I wanted to place an order, I had to use the kiosk. I said so you can't take my order, I have a coupon. I dont know if management changed or what but now they want you to make an order thru a machine and are not as accomodating as they were before. This girl name Victoria ( her tag said assistent manager ) was so rude telling you to use the machine and not helpfull accomodating the order. Im gonna have to switch Popeyes location I think .
