I went last week and was actually threatened by the employees after waiting 30 minutes for a 3-piece chicken dinner. It was near closing. Chicken was cold and hard as a rock. Manager was combative and the employee acted like he would rather be anywhere else.. the restaurant is in such a good place. If something doesn't change they will end up permanently closing.. there is never anyone there as far as customers but you still have to wait like 30 minutes. With the Popeye's near my home in Dallas sporting a whopping 2.7 rating, I was actually foolish enough to think I'd have a chance at decent results from a store with a 3.0. Nope. I swung through the drive thru and ordered 3 tenders. THREE TENDERS!! It was a little before 1pm and the lot was empty. I can't for life of me understand why a owner would spend ton of .money to build,furnish a restaurant and hire crappie non caring people to run it this popeyes is not good at all mainly lazy staff.
