Honestly , this was such a bad experience, I completely understand that this establishment is very busy at times but the workers were not moving at moderate speed, they were having a disagreement in front of all the customers and I feel like that was very unprofessional, no matter the circumstances you handle those things in private, not around customer especially when you have such a high volume of customers waiting inside and out.. I was not even able to order my food I had to leave
Rose is doing a shitty job at the front. People came and went before mine and the customer before me. It's fast food.
Two regular orders of tenders took 20 minutes, and there was almost a fist-fight over the wait times to pick up food, with a bunch of people hollering and yelling and slamming the counter. All the while, numerous people came through the door and got served before folks that had ordered their food 10-30 minutes prior. Just chaos. Bad neighborhood, bad customers, bad service, bad everything. Avoid the entire area.
