Got the limited time only, flounder fish sandwich, asked for extra tartar sauce and pickles, plenty of pickles but not much tartar sauce for the additional charge. The fish didn’t taste like any flounder I’ve ever had, it was way too fishy. The French fries tasted like old fish. I will not ever go there again due to the quality and price of their food.
Called in an order for carry out. They said it would be ready in 40 minutes. When I got there they were just starting to cook it. Waited another 40-45 minutes. After finally getting our order that chicken was not fresh. It had been reheated and dried out.
Walked in ready to have the famous red beans and rice I love along with biscuits and thier famous chicken, however, I was never acknowledged. Me and my daughter stood there for 5 minutes while no one else was waiting and zero people in the drive thru. All the while the employees were complaining about this and that and all looked at us but never even greeted us. This was the absolute worst experience anyone could ever have. It's an absolute embarrassment to the franchise.
