This has to be the worst popeyes I have ever visited. Poor organization. Poor leadership. Long wait for 2 simple meals. Cold tenders in one of those meals. Soured Cole slaw in another. No fries in house. No bbq sauce in house. Chairs still on top of the tables in the dining room. It was 12: 30 in the afternoon! The place was not at all busy but the staff seemed to be extremely overwhelmed with getting the job done. Will not be going back. Should have went to Zaxbys instead.
This has to be the worst ran fast food restaurant in Newburgh! The crew was yelling at each other, they were out of chicken at 5:00pm. Filthy!
Pull into drive thru at 1208. Order the srichia dippers at 1212 with only one car in front. Pulled out of drive thru at 1225 without anything. This location has always been slow but it's unacceptable and unreal at lunch time how slow they are. Management just doesn't care to fix it.
I love that chicken from.....but I dont love the wait. Holy cow. 20 minutes in drive though for 1 order of spicy tenders. No apology or discount just have a nice day.
