You have two music playing simultaneously—one from the Popoyes and the other from a kitchen area that you can even hear from the dining room. I understand that workers can listen to music while working, but why is it so loud?
Ordered an 8 piece spicy chicken today only to get home and realize it was only 3 pieces. I return to Popeyes and of course they didn't give me a receipt like always so they had me sit and wait in the drive through for 30 mins while they checked the cameras to verify my "story". Finally I get my replacement and it's only 5 pieces since I already got the 3 pieces. Horrible. chicken was bland, sides weren’t fresh & they also gave us the wrong drinks.
