Went on a weekday at 4pm. No cars in parking lot or drive thru. Full staff on cell phones. Told me 15 minutes then when I drove around to pay she said nothing was THAWED! Asked if we could pick it up in an hour and she said "we don't do that"?? 3rd time here in 2 weeks and a mistake every time.

I was excited to go to Popeyes in Greeley again, but when I placed my order of a chicken sandwich and water, I was shocked when she told me that it would cost me $1.74 for water since they don't have plastic water cups any more. I would have to use the soda cup. $1.74 cents for a glass of water at Popeyes. That stinks. Sandy, Windsor, CO

They need be shut down. Always get your order wrong, bring you food you never eat like they mac n cheese, hungry too yes it upsetting

Great taste, bold flavors! Popeyes never disappoints when it comes to flavor! The signature Louisiana-style chicken is crispy, juicy, and full of spice — exactly what you’d expect from a Southern-inspired meal. The service was relatively quick, even during a busy time. The staff was polite and handled the crowd well. Overall, a solid fast-food experience for anyone craving bold flavors and comfort food with a Southern twist. Will definitely visit again!

If you order here you better check your order before you leave the drive in window. I ordered two six dollar boxes and was shorted two sides. Usualy check before I leave but did not this time. They will get the order wrong more that getting it right. Whoever owns this franchise needs to go to order an order when they are busy, park and check order if it is right you are lucky.

Listen everyone please......dont go here. if ur a fan of Popeyes you are going to be GRAVELY disappointed. Professionalism is non-existent and food is a disgrace. I have NEVER done a review on a restaurant and I have had some bad experiences. I ordered 2 large sides and they were only a bit over half full on 1 occasion. On another the chicken looked like the skin had been pulled off lacking batter in alot of places. problem is that I stay over 30 minutes away and i saw this when I made it home. Horrible service through the drive through. Opened the bag in the lot to eat, and the order was incorrect. Went inside to have it fixed and placed the receipt on the counter so they could see what the order was so they could remake it, and still got it incorrect. Then asked for a refund and was told no refund could be issued because the order was placed through the app. The manager at this location is unprofessional and is horrible to his employees which share the same opinion of their “fearless leader”. Ordered my food online. When I arrived home, my ordered was wrong. I drove back to the store #12563, 9751 Mason Montgomery Road in Mason OH. I went inside the store and told the manager my order was wrong. I ordered coleslaw and fries. They gave me fries and mashed potatoes. They said they didn't have any coleslaw. I replied, you couldn't have told me that when I picked up my order. I left the mashed potatoes on the counter and left. As I was leaving the worker and manger laughed at me.
