Stood at the counter for 8 minutes without being acknowledged while DoorDash orders were started and completed. Walk-in customers were completely ignored.
This place is horrible if you are door dash. Wait for 30+ minutes, while watching other people's orders get pushed ahead of you. The manager does nothing but play and goof around with the staff. That's if all of them are not on their phones.
I recently went to Popeyes and experienced the most friendliest staff! We went through the drive-thru and were missing items. I went indoors to check on the missing items. I walk in to see the manager helping out an elderly man in a scooter with his food order. She assisted him by putting his drink in his basket and hung his food on his handle to make it easier for him to navigate the restaurant. She was incredibly friendly and professional!
