This is by far the worst service possible. The time it took to get anyone to get customers taken care of is beyond terrible. I have wasted an entire lunch break for an hour and never got to eat .
I order two chicken sandwiches one spicy and on barbecue, mashed potatoes and gravy, 2 fried pickles, and Gallon Bag of tea online. I received 2 barbecue chicken sandwiches and no tea because they did not have the gallon bags. They told me to reach out to customer service for a refund which I did. They put the refund on my account then canceled it today after the time period was spent so I couldn't get in touch with them.
