They have alot of customers so It takes time to get to them all...but when you have the younger people working they stand in front of you talking and laughing while you wait 15 minutes for a large mash potato and gravy. They are all nice but it is clear to see the manager I thank is clearly doing her best with teaching not only the ethics of work but teaching how to have manners. My dad is in heaven since last year and he loved Popeyes so I will be passing it on to my kids as an event we hold on Sunday..to go eat at Popeyes.... read more
Waited 30 minutes for 2 items and the girl had an attitude when I asked for a refund. The same girl was touching inside her nose to move her nose ring. Gross to see at a food place
I visited this Popeyes during my lunch break and ordered a $5 chicken box, which I purchase frequently and know the price of. My total is normally $5.50. On this visit, the cashier added an extra charge of $2.63 without my knowledge and did not provide a receipt. I only became aware of the overcharge because I regularly review my bank statements. This is unacceptable and raises concerns about billing practices at this location. Customers should be cautious and always request a receipt to avoid being overcharged.
