Their lobby is never open in the afternoons their is no signs put up telling you why it isn’t open well omg their was a sign put up on Dec 12,2021 saying short staff but it seemed like they were running over each other in their but short staff oh and then had to wait 20 min for are stuff in the drive thru it gets better every time so if you have missed the circus don’t worry come to Popeyes in Kingsport Tn and enjoy #horrible service
