So I go to Popeyes today. 8-10-2025 around 1pm I go to redeem some points cuz I had like 1600 points I'll go and get a six-piece meal of wings. The girl says to scan it. She scans it. It took like 240 something points from me and then she says she doesn't know how to do it. She calls the manager. He's overwhelmed with work because he's the only one that's running the window so he tells me to wait. I couldn't wait. this is the worst day of my life
We ordered 16pc chicken, but he said there is not enough chicken so we have to waited 15 minutes and back home. When I opened the box there was only 13pc chicken only in the box. I couldn’t go back because I live far away from dedham. Not happy at all!!!!
