The store was supposed to be open at 10, it’s 10:30. We placed an order on the app about 5-10 minutes ago (under an different name) only to pull up and be told that they have no food and our order won’t be ready for another 20 minutes. This is just a string of bad service that I’ve had here but this completely takes the cake on horrible management of this location. For a fast food restaurant to not have food for until about an hour after opening is bonkers to me. Also the main doors are locked and barricaded shut.
Just left and again the orders messed up I'm not even sure why they are open at this point. Staffs rude and incompetent including management do not go here!
Drive thru has the worst customer service skills I’ve ever encountered. I was attempting to inquire about the promotional meal you have for the One Piece movie. To see if they still had the collector cup in stock. The worker kept correcting me about how they don’t have one piece meals they are two. I tried to laugh it off a bit as I understood the confusion. I have never felt as offended as today, I have picked up an order, the client asked me for an envelope of more honey, I have kindly asked the employee, and you know she answered me, No more, at Walmart they sell honey.
