I ordered a 16 piece meal and I got just thighs and legs
Twice I have been and twice the service was trash. Sat in the drive thru, ended up placing an order online instead and having to go inside to get it. Pull up to the drive through and they tell us to just wait 5 minutes. We did, but while we waited we ordered online ... They didn't ever get back to us.

In Syracuse for work and placed a mobile order because I was craving Popeyes bone in wings with the Spicy and Sweet and Spicy sauces. Got there and found out they don’t have bone in wings and both sauces were discontinued. Then why are they still on the online menu? I was hungry, so I settled for the boneless wings with dry rub. $12 wasted. The chicken sandwich was even worse. One bite and I was done. Should’ve gone to Dave’s or Chick fil A. Popeyes corporate, if you’re reading this, this location needs serious attention.
