On April 21, 2026, I spoke with a manager at this location regarding a side order I was charged for but did not receive. I was told my name would be entered into the system so I could receive a free sandwich for the inconvenience and to make up for the missing item and with my missing item the mac and cheese. When I returned on May 2, 2026 to follow up, Manager Emmanuel addressed me.
