My son went in to pick up food they forgot to put in his bag after being asked to do so then manager on duty just stood there lost not a word after my son got his food they forgot to give he leaves upset the door hit wall as he was walking out management then says don't break my door my son says learn hope to make my food the manager then proceeded to leave building behind my son as if he wanted to do something to my son. I love Popeyes and have eaten here for years. I placed an order today online for the 2sides for $5 and they told me they didn’t have my order. I showed them my order and receipt and the employee is telling me they don’t have it. As a response I was like here’s the receipt can you make it like I’ll wait. She proceeds to tell me that this deal doesn’t apply to that restaurant despite me ordering it already then proceeds to try and gaslight me even though I am showing how the deal is a digital exclusive. Price went up but the chicken got smaller
The speaker system in the drive through is terrible. You can barely understand. The chicken was cold, dry, and flavorless. Even got a piece of chicken that looked a couple of days old. Family meal not worth the $25 paid. Didn't get a receipt either Back to Publix next time.
