My daughter and grandkids just stopped. I ordered on the kiosk and then nobody served us. I had to ask someone at sbarro to get someone then the male manager tried to serve me fries that were in a bin with a baking pan over them. And we're obviously old. The nerve of him to serve me crap. I want to send a shout out to Charle B . the manager on shift around 6pm on 1 August. Charlie is the epitome of customer service. He will make an excellent manager and whatever he is getting paid is not enough. Charlie keep on shining.
Slowest service ever. Waited 30 minutes for our order to be fulfilled. Only one worker on expo who moved with zero hustle. They need to get more people on shift and managers need to hold the expo servers accountable. Throughput on orders was slower than one order ever two minutes. Completely unacceptable from a fast food restaurant, especially in a rest stop where people want to get back on the road.
