Food is not always hot or fresh. Chichen wings are soooo small and that is my favorite pice of chicken but there is no way I'm paying that price for that small thing. Now, the customer service is usually good. They are friendly and kind. When I do call and tell them my food is messed up or cold, they always make it good.
