I was first in line and got my food real fast and I always love Popeyes. I don’t care but nobody say I am a Popeyes fan.
I’m not sure if I should just stop coming to Popeyes all together because this is the second Popeyes I’ve had a problem with customer service I came to this Popeyes at 4:16pm on 11/16/2025 the woman in front had a really nasty attitude as if i came in and was bothering her I asked for a 4 piece told her I would like it fresh and pricing did not matter it was SUPPOSED TO be 2 wings a leg and thigh fresh it like she said wanted to debate with me how fresh the chicken was I just wanted it fresh out the grease so I get home by t... read more
I was charged for my meal and some else's. They were not able to put the money back on my card ! I only order my 4 yr old son the bones chicken meal. Manager offered me something else but I wasn't hungry just ready to get my refund and go . I asked if she could just give me $5 and instead even though I would still be losing money .. at first she said no then came back to the window 7 minutes later and handed me $5.
