I recently dined at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen on Hammond Bay and was very pleased with my experience. I ordered the mild white chicken, which was exceptionally well prepared — compliments to Yazeed for his excellent cooking. I was also impressed by the professionalism and courteous service provided by Ramneek and Vijay. Their warm and respectful manner made my visit truly enjoyable.
I’ve visited this Popeyes a few times now, and the food has been really good every time. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. Ramneek and Anand were both great — they took the time to help me choose what to try and made the experience even better. Definitely one of the nicest Popeyes locations I’ve been to in BC!
The young lady who was serving, who wears a hijab, was very rude on Monday when I bought my food. While I was waiting for them to call my name, she started shouting "10 pieces" instead of the name they usually ask for. There were other people waiting, so our confusion was obvious. Finally, I approached the counter, and she continued to provide very poor and rude service. I hope you can retrain her so that she can provide more friendly and polite service.
