Service is not up to standard and the wait time is extremely slow.
It’s been over a year since I last ate at Popeyes. They’ve reduced the number of sides available. The chicken I ordered was overcooked and dry. The fry’s were OK.
All of the chicken I ordered was undercooked and very raw. I had to place my chicken in the air fryer. The chicken should've never been sold or given to a customer.
Horrible service on 2/6/25. Half of our order was missing from the GrubHub delivery for a $96 order. When we contacted the store, Maria who claimed to be the manager, answered our call and asked us to go back to the store to get the missing items. When we mentioned we ordered through GrubHub she hung up. When I tried calling back, the store wouldn't pick up the call. My wife then called the store from her phone and Maria answered.
