I'm a big fan of Popeyes. This store serves hot, moist chicken. The tables and customer areas are always clean.
The quality of food is good, but the service can be quite inconsistent. I live near this location but go to the Livermore one usually because they tend to miss items from our order. For example, our most recent order, we ordered a 14 pc tenders family meal and while it was wrapped nicely - it was missing all of oir biscuits! Hopefully the management becomes more aware of this and that the service improves. I'll update this review if I see this location thriving once again!
