Didn’t give my full order last time, I called and they said to ask for Maria and they would provide it, they refused to give the order because they hadn’t made a report, very unprofessional. Also did not provide a refund or try to solve the issue. DO NOT GO HERE
I have no issues with the food, but the drive through is always slow every time i come here.
May 24 2026 We ordered the spicy chicken mix on the 23rd at @7 pm. We got the order at 8 pm and went home. We checked our order and it was not mix chicken, only legs and thighs. I was so disappointed. Next day, we brought back the chicken and told the manager on duty( Lulu, that was the name she gave me) about the order that wasn’t as we requested. Employee was nice
I ordered 5pcs signature chicken and only got 2?! Your staffs need more training! Ridiculous! Updates: The customer service representative refused to process the refund, even though I told them that the store had already admitted the mistake when I called. Shame on Popeyes. I’ve deleted the app and will never visit Popeyes again.
