I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Popeyes. I ordered a meal that was supposed to include 4 pieces of chicken, and they didn’t put them in the bag. By the time I noticed, I was already home. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up an order, and now I understand why they have the reviews they do. If you’re going to charge full price, at least make sure the order is complete. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

First visit to the Popeyes on Hwy 67 in Duncanville. The parking and interior layout are decent, but the food was great and service excellent! It was notably loud inside due to other guests, but I won't judge the atmosphere on that alone. Definitely returning for the quality food and service.
