"I was really disappointed with my visit to Popeyes lusiaina kitchen The food took too long to arrive, and when it did, it was cold and underseasoned. Additionally, our server seemed disinterested and inattentive. This experience really put a damper on our evening, and I'm not sure if I'll be back and the serving is very bad .. those girls not giving any response.. also manager cover all the mistakes of our employees..
It took nearly 25 minutes after arriving at the drive-thru to get our pre-ordered sandwich and tender combo. And that was with 10 minutes of lead time from the ordering! The place wasn't even terribly busy, so the delay is truly baffling. The food was decent, however. But the wait? Unacceptable

I asked for ketchup and mayo he gave me ketchup and when I asked for the mayo he rudely replied that they don’t have mayo but my sandwich came we mayo very poor service definitely won’t recommend
