This is the worst Popeyes. You should take the time to drive to prattville or anywhere else but this one. This is the 2nd time this one has messed up in a week. On the 04.03.2026 I ordered three 3 piece chicken meals, one of them being spicy. They put all of the chicken in one box and there were only 8 pieces in there. Now I know that some people are not good at math, but anyone of working age should know that 3 x 3 is 9 not 8. Also spicy chicken mixed with regular is a big no no. Waited about 30 minutes for order. You would think a chicken place wouldn't run out of what they sell. A women used a dining chair as a ladder to refill the ice and put the chair back at the table without cleaning the chair
