My orders here are up and down. Today, they only gave me two pieces of a five piece. Fine, I went back and they replaced. First they had to inspect my receipt, I walked back to the car cause I left and then they kept it! Then I asked for a jalapeño and they charged me for it. Do better. The employees seemed like the food was theirs! It’s ok to comp a jalapeño for bad service!!
I ordered the 2 pc spicy chicken combo and the spicy chicken was delicious. Staff was friendly while i waited for the chicken to be done.
Horrible food and service, ordered a 16pc mixed meal they only gave me 14pc and spicy chicken and the wrong side order, not to mention the checked tasted like old oil, I called back the manger Gloria told me to come back for my missing chicken and to replace my order I got back the Chinese owner was outside smoking and refused to do anything he explained they all sales are final they don't do refunds or exchanges how could they stay in business unprofessional and the health department needs to investigate this restaurant the... read more
