I visited the Markham Popeyes location on my lunch break and decided to order online to avoid the usual long wait. My order confirmation said it would be ready by 3:31 PM (CST). I arrived at 3:40, giving them extra time — but the food still wasn’t ready. I was told it would be another 10 minutes and that there was no spicy chicken available. Went there two days ago. Oredered online thru app. Drove up and said they were closed. Not the first time. Told me to cancel order online. Proceeded to, but support also dragged to give me a refund days later. Not the first complaint .tired of giving them chances. They either get the order wrong and still argue that it’s is correct. Or they are “closed”
