Their lobby area is closed doing normal business hours so you can't go in the inside and order your food. I drive a semi truck so this was a big inconvenience.
I placed an order in the drive thru today. They stated the chicken was ready but would have to wait on the biscuits which was fine. But after ordering 2 two pieces and waiting on biscuits one of my orders the meat was burned and on the 2nd order they gave me 2 damn legs then on top of that they didn't even give me my orders of mashed potatoes and gravy. Popeyes do better
