Order a 2 piece breast and wing spicy and received a chewy/old 2 piece thigh a wing spicy with an old/hard biscuit. I would have taken it back if it weren't my first meal I had all day.
Ordered 2 $6 boxes spicy white with red beans and rice w/ fries and the other spicy white mashed potatoes w/ fries. Arrived home and opened my box to reveal this!!! The top wasn’t secured on either the red beans and rice nor the mashed potatoes. Called to inform the staff and possibly reach a resolution and the young man stated “whatchu want me to do” . . . Walk in was closed. I had to go to drive through at 4pm? Never ready an always dragging. Edit: I have visited 2x this week and the customer Service was great, the food was fast!
I came to eat Popeyes on my lunch and as soon as I got here a male manager came out of his car and said they are not opened, they don’t have any chicken yet. This is bad for a pregnant person who waited for them to be open.
